Delivery times

If you pay for your order by credit card or Klarna, your order will be processed immediately. If you use other payment methods, such as bank transfer, you will have to wait for the funds to reach our account before your order is shipped. We strive to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible.

We ship throughout Italy with Poste Italiane and SDA couriers.

Returns and exchanges of goods

Maximum return period : In accordance with EU regulations, we guarantee a return period of at least 14 days after purchase. Therefore, we kindly ask the customer to contact us and ship the items back within this period.

Return costs : We offer our customers the option of exchanging the purchased product for another from our store, with shipping costs at their expense (whether for reasons of wanting to change the color, model or size chosen, etc.).

Which products are returnable?: For returns and exchanges, we only accept intact and undamaged items with the purchase receipt to determine if they fall within the correct return period.

Live purchasing regulations

To make purchases during TikTok live streams, you must register by sending a message to 351 577 20 43, including your name, TikTok username, and place of residence. Purchases made during the first live stream (new customers) must be paid for by 1:00 PM the following day to confirm the customer's genuine interest. For subsequent orders, you can combine purchases up to 2kg (which would be one package), with the option of making individual payments (paying for the items purchased each evening without shipping) or in a lump sum before shipping at the end of the week, i.e., on Friday . For orders over 2kg, shipping costs will increase. Shipping costs start at €7.00 for a standard package up to 2kg and may vary for larger packages.
